Healing sprays are a great way of moving energy. Every time I sage, vacuum, or open the windows of my home, I used these. Spray them by the corners of your home, over your body, by your husband, your pets, listen to your intuition, and trust it! I thought about sharing my recipes with you. They are super simple to make.

YOU WILL NEED
~ Spray bottles, glass or plastic
~ Alchohol
~ Lavender essence - to remove negative/stagnant energy
~ Rose - for abundance and clarity
~ Palo Santo - to clear and reset the space
~ Lemon - to disinfect (physical, mental or emotional)

PREPARE
~ Pour 60% distilling alcohol
~ 40% essential oil
