Hi! My name is Maria Martinez. 

My healing path
I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. My healing journey started very young, under South American teachers. In South America, there are a lot of profoundly rooted energies ready to be heard. Fascinated by this unspoken world, I've dived into extensive studying in many philosophies and spiritual fields. I've walked through Transcendental Meditation, Vipassana Meditation. I studied Reiki in different cultures (I lived in France for a few) Pranic Healing, Sound Healing, Transactional Theory, Family Constellations and German New Medicine (GNM). I am a student of A Course In Miracles 💗 and I learned Human Biography (one of my favorites). I am certified in Healing Touch (HTCP), Spinal Energetics and Aryuveda Counseling. And I am currently in the process of finishing my Conscious Medicine and Medical Intuition certification (NOMI).

I believe that the act of searching within is the most beautiful journey you could ever allow yourself to go through. My prayer is to inspire this undertaking, and magnify this abundance in you because we have been taught that seeking from others to resolve ourselves is the safe route. Truth is, if you are here you are ready.

My yogic path
I became a Kundalini Yoga, Khalsa Way Prenatal Yoga, and Meditation teacher. I've had the pleasure of studying with incredible teachers; Guru Singh, Krishna Kaur, Guru Prem, Tej Kaur Khalsa, and Gurumukh. My goal is to inspire you to have a healing practice. 

My art path
I went to Art School, and did a minor in Art Therapy and Philosophy. I once worked as a creative director for brands like Victoria's Secret, Pink, Justice, Pure Barre, Barre3, and Skin Perfect. I launched a woman's clothing brand for your Mind, Body & Soul a life time ago ;). Of course, this is after endless blogs and creative endeavors! Everything you find in my store has been designed, created, and written by my guides and I. To elevate your practice, support your journey, and ground your power. 

Spiritual Laundry is a combination of my path as a healer, teacher, and artist. I've been married for 15 years. We have three incredible dogs, and we recently moved to Huntington Beach, California, so this Colombian soul does not have to deal with snow. :) Thank you for being here.
