It dives into your heart, stirs it up a bit, and purifies it, are you in?

Introducing the: Ra Ma Da Sa mantra by the beautiful Snatam Kaur 

This practice has been with me for so many years, it became an indispensable habit for me to clear, to clean and come to balance on a daily basis. We accumulate so many emotions and thoughts, every experience we have, every moment in our lives, every interaction has an emotion attached to it, whether you are conscious of it or not. It's important to clear these, to wash them of your heart. This practice that I'm introducing to you allows you to clear and clean your emotional day, detoxify away.

DIVE DEEP
Get in the shower and play this mantra! That simple. Bathing your self in a mantra can be a form of mediation. This is my ultimate combo of water + sound! This is a combination two powerful forces working through you together. Any time you shower; morning, evenings, 3 times a day, on a hot summer day or night, play this beautiful mantra and allow your body to restore, to heal to come back to its six senses.

Ra- Sun

Ma- Moon

Daa- Earth

Saa- Impersonal Infinity

Saa Say- Totality of Infinity

So- Personal sense of merger and identity

Hung- The infinite, vibrating and real.

This mantra taps into the energies of the sun, moon, earth, and the infinite spirit to bring deep healing. When you chant it ~ you will end up doing so ~ because its energy is so contagious and beautiful, try to chant one complete cycle of the entire mantra with each breath.
