We doubt because we can't see clearly. Shake things off so the dust can be moved and removed. Find a different viewpoint. Self-transformation is a way to see the same things from a different point of view. When in doubt, dance it out.

_____
This is a meditation for self-transformation. It's great if you are feeling stuck or unmotivated or have a big case of the super blah's — the answer to getting you moving.
Why do we get stuck? We get stuck when we think we should be something or be somewhere we're not. So frustration kicks in and gets the best of us, hence feeling "stuck." But sometimes feeling stuck means the universe is gently redirecting us into another direction, allowing us to see other paths, better roads for us.
Don't get desperate, and there is an order to the chaos. All we are lacking is a little bit of creativity to spark you with clarity again into getting moving and grooving. Let's come back to the present moment and get excited still!
This meditation clears our fear of the future, which is the key here. Let's not focus on the future, so we don’t compare where we are at vs. where we wish we were.
This meditation connects us to the flow of life through our heart center. It will bring you peace within and courage to be yourself. It will release tension and balance your right and left the nervous system, allowing clarity to come through. It can be done in the morning or at night.
