How do you beat tiredness? By taking really good care of your mind, body, and soul. It can be physical or mental tiredness, nevertheless, it's draining. Make yourself your #1 priority and come back to balance. Find your pulse, connect with what you need, don't get comfortable with feeling tired all the time and think it's just the norm. Honor this time for you to rest.
Below you will find quick hacks to get you moving. Read, search, play - - take what you need! The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further ...stop, take a deep breath, and be kind with yourself.
This is the secret you always wished you know! Listen to my teacher Yogi Bhajan’s words "There is nothing right or wrong, thinking makes it so, and you can think either way."
If you are going to commit to a meditation for a full month, or yet for the full 40 days, and you haven't yet - this is the one! There's no better way to remember that everything happens naturally and everything is connected, than witnessing our own pulse. Connecting with our breath, listening to our heartbeat, and paying attention to how we feel in our body when we are alone is the perfect place to learn how to slow down.
This mediation will teach you to control your reactions to any situation and can bring sweetness and one-pointedness to the most outrageously scattered mind. Practice it in the morning, before bedtime, in the shower, or in the subway. Practice it all day every day if you can.
Vibrate these mantras everywhere you go. Create a space of kindness for yourself.
> Rest, relax, know that THE UNIVERSE has your back.
> CHOOSE LOVE. Love will always reset you. Bath in it.
> Doing nothing, IS ALSO DOING SOMETHING.
