Why do we get stuck? We get stuck when we think we should be something or be somewhere we are not. When frustration gets the best of us, and we let it run the house! No, no we must not! This is all an illusion, we need a self-transformation! All in time, don't get desperate, there's an order to the chaos, but if you're in doubt, dance it out, shake it out, don't sit in this doubt. All we are lacking is a little bit of creativity, to spark you again into getting moving and grooving. Let's come back to the present moment and get excited again!

The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further ...stop, take a deep breath, set an intention for your breath.

It connects us to the flow of life through our heart center. It will bring us clarity and courage, and it will release everything you think it's yours and it's not.
