Parking: Free and available.

You are a soul. You have a body. And your body has a mind. So, what if your mind had a trusted friend to seek advice from and discovered a far more beautiful way to keep you safe? Who would you be then? 

ON ME
* Lunch and snacks, but feel free to bring your own. PS: there is a fridge!
* Need help/suggestions with hotels? Here for your.
* Your Laundry Bag.

ON YOU
* Yoga mat, blankets, cushion to sit on, whatever makes you comfy/happy.
* Layers, sweaters, socks, beanies, hats.
* Bottle of water.

OUR DAY:
MORNING: Kundalini Yoga/Activation, Meditation, Breathwork.
AFTERNOON: Spinal Energetics, Attunement, Journaling, and Sound Bath.
